Sept. 11th Memorial Lapel Pin Giveaway
In honor of the victims and heroes of Sept. 11, 2001, the community is invited to receive a free lapel pin courtesy of Blessing-Zerkle Funeral Home. These commemorative pins will be available for pickup at the funeral home during normal business hours in the month of September, while supplies last. 2016 Light of Hope Community Candlelight Remembrance
Please join us at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 8, 2016 for a beautiful and moving event designed to bring the community together to remember those we’ve lost. 2016 Youth Essay Contest Awards Ceremony
The winners of Blessing-Zerkle Funeral Home's Youth Essay Contest were recognized in a special awards ceremony at 6 p.m. Friday, May 20, 2016 at the funeral home. Titled "The True Meaning of Memorial Day," each essay submission was reviewed by a committee that selected the first, second and third place winners who will share cash prizes totaling $1,000. All Tipp City and Vandalia area high school students were invited to participate, and submissions were accepted at the funeral from through the entire month of April. The contest's purpose was to inspire youths in our community to learn more about this important holiday. 2015 Candlelight Memorial Service
